Winter Weather Advisory for Flathead County

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Flathead County, effective from 1 PM today until 8 AM Thursday. Residents can expect snow with total accumulations of up to 3 inches, and the likelihood of minor impacts from snow is estimated at up to 60 percent.
Areas affected include: Polebridge, Polson, Highway 83 Bigfork to Swan Lake, Flathead Valley, Flathead Lake, Mission Valley, Highway 2 Kalispell to Libby, Highway 56 Bull Lake Road, Highway 37 Eureka to Libby, Marias Pass, Essex, Bad Rock Canyon, and Highway 93 Eureka to Whitefish.
Snowfall may lead to a few inconveniences in normal activities. Drivers are urged to use caution as hazardous conditions could impact commutes, especially through higher passes.
