The changes, designed to improve market presence and service quality, include the addition of three seasoned sales representatives and the realignment of sales territories.
Theresa Spangler, SITKA Business Leader, emphasized the initiative’s focus on strengthening partnerships and expanding market engagement. “We are committed to strengthening SITKA’s presence in wholesale channels through strategic investments and, as always, by prioritizing the hiring of the best people,” stated Spangler. The new team members include George Cook, focusing on the Pacific Northwest; John Sherman, covering the Utah, California, Nevada, and Arizona regions; and Justin Sterner, who will oversee the Mid-Atlantic and New England areas. Each brings over 25 years of rich sales experience from related fields, bolstering SITKA’s capability to cater to the diverse needs of its clientele.
Additionally, Jeff Watt, a longstanding SITKA team member, has seen his territory expand significantly to include several new states, enabling him to leverage his deep industry experience to drive growth in these key areas.
These adjustments come as SITKA continues to evolve its strategies to meet the dynamic demands of the outdoor apparel market, highlighting the brand’s commitment to excellence in servicing its retail and consumer bases.
