Early Morning Incidents
Missoula Police Department (MPD) and the Missoula County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) were active in the early hours, addressing various incidents. MPD responded to multiple reports of suspicious activities across neighborhoods including Westside, Rose Park, and Heart of Missoula. Additionally, a burglary alarm was reported in Rose Park, and a couple of disturbances were noted in Northside. MCSO handled a case of forgery and counterfeiting in Captain John Mullan.
Morning Report
The morning brought a variety of incidents, ranging from medical emergencies in Upper Rattlesnake to parking complaints in Farviews / Pattee Canyon. Significant activity was reported for accidents with injuries, particularly in the Two Rivers neighborhood where multiple incidents were noted, along with a severe traffic violation. MPD and MCSO served several court papers across various locations.

By afternoon, MPD addressed an assault in Westside and multiple accidents across Two Rivers and River Road. A string of medical calls required responses in several neighborhoods. Additionally, MCSO handled various hazards and continued serving court papers. Disturbances were dispersed throughout, including in the denser areas like Heart of Missoula.
Evening and Late Night Activities
As evening set in, incidents included thefts in Franklin to the Fort and various welfare checks by MPD. Intimidation and shoplifting cases were handled in Westside and River Road respectively. The late evening hours saw continued service from MPD, particularly with medical standby calls in Captain John Mullan and a loud noise complaint in Westside rounding off the day’s events.
