Multiple incidents of 'Suspicious Activity' noted across neighborhoods.

Early Morning Incidents

The day started with a range of activities notably concentrated in the Westside and River Road areas. MCSO responded to a suspicious activity in the Westside around 24:48, while MPD attended two identical drug-related calls in River Road at 24:53.

Westside also reported hearing shots at 01:02, further contributing to an unsettling early morning. Additional calls during the early hours included obscene phone calls in Heart of Missoula and traversing from suspicious activity to trespassing across several neighborhoods.

Morning Activities

The morning hours were bustling with a variety of incidents ranging from domestic animal complaints in Two Rivers, to persons needing removal in Heart of Missoula. Traffic incidents and reported thefts were also fairly prominent.

Multiple reports of burglary alarms, along with parking and junk vehicle complaints, suggest an active day for law enforcement across varied locations. Westside, Franklin to the Fort, and River Road appeared particularly busy during these hours.

Afternoon Developments

Afternoon Incidents ranged from assaults in Lewis & Clark and Captain John Mullan, to a high incidence of medical calls and accidents with injuries listed in nonspecific locations. A burglary was also reported in Westside.

Assistance for outside agencies was recurrently needed in Northside, alongside a continuous pattern of disturbances, thefts, and suspicious activity reported across several areas.

Evening Conclusions

As evening set in, the frequency of incidents involving assistance for fires and medical emergencies persisted. Notable incidents included multiple drug-related cases in Franklin to the Fort and Westside.

The volume of ‘Suspicious Activity’ continued to rise into the late evening, highlighting a consistent concern across the city for unusual behaviors.
