Multiple early morning incidents recorded across Gallatin County

Early Morning Activities

The Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office managed a surge in early morning activities, primarily focusing on civil disputes and regular patrol checks. A significant number of civil incidents were reported in different areas, including three quick-succession cases in Peakview, Main Street, and the Brewery District. A large vehicle fire in River Rock called for a multi-agency response.

Morning Developments

As morning arrived, the GCSO continued with a range of patrol checks across various neighborhoods. Traffic stops were notably frequent in Bear Creek alongside other crimes such as theft and a violation of court order. Civil disputes remained a consistent theme through the morning in locales such as Bear Creek, Gallatin Heights, and other areas.

Afternoon Overview

The afternoon saw a variety of activities, from traffic stops to welfare checks and patrol checks. Notably, distressing incidents such as threats were reported in River Rock and Bear Creek. Fraudulent activities were also on rise, with incidents reported in 4-Dot Meadows and River Rock.

Evening Roundup

Evening time showed no slow down with several traffic hazards being managed, particularly in Bear Creek and Northstar. Suspicious activities in Valley Grove prompted follow up actions by the GCSO. An assault in River Rock marked one of the more severe incidents of the evening.
