Missoula County

Early Morning

Missoula County saw a broad array of incidents in the early hours, starting with moving violations and accidents reported by MCSO without injuries. MPD responded to several ‘Camping in the City’ occurrences and shoplifting in Westside and Franklin to the Fort neighborhoods. Suspicious activities and needs for medical assistance were prevalent especially in Rose Park and Grant Creek. Burglary alarms and incidents requiring police advice also peppered the early hours across various locations.

Morning

The morning followed with numerous non-injury accidents, continuing the trend of medical calls, particularly in the Westside area. Disturbance calls were also frequent, alongside disorderly conduct in Riverfront and Heart of Missoula. MPD addressed several trespassing cases in Franklin to the Fort, with similar incidents recorded across other neighborhoods. Theft, vehicle incidents, and a notable incident of shots heard in Heart of Missoula capped a busy morning.

Afternoon

Incidents of intimidation, vehicle-related accidents, and multiple reports of suspicious activities marked the afternoon. Welfare checks were conducted across various neighborhoods with several requiring medical standby. Property-related complaints and assistance needs continued strong, with numerous reports in all corners of Missoula including a fire/unit response in Captain John Mullan.

Evening

The evening saw persistent issues with persons needed to be removed, alongside continuing burglary alarms as noted in Captain John Mullan. Welfare checks, thefts, and incidents involving harassment featured prominently, with numerous activities peaking just before night.

Late Evening

The late evening brought numerous disturbance calls, especially in Captain John Mullan, alongside fireworks-related complaints from River Road and Riverfront. Emergency medical responses, especially CPR incidents, were notably high in Franklin to the Fort. The night concluded with a mix of ongoing suspicious activities and public safety concerns across multiple neighborhoods.
