Early Morning Incidents
Missoula County agencies reported a series of incidents during the early morning hours, primarily in the Heart of Missoula. The MPD addressed multiple disturbances, criminal mischief, and later responded to a stolen vehicle report. Additionally, there were incidents of harassment in Westside, threats of intimidation, and several DUI cases handled by both MPD and MCSO.
Morning Summary
The frequency of incidents remained high with welfare checks and disturbances across various neighborhoods including Westside and Moose Can Gully. Shoplifting incidents were also noted in South 39th Street. Numerous court papers were served throughout the morning across multiple locations.
Afternoon Overview
The afternoon saw a continuation of various incidents requiring police assistance, with multiple cases of civil disputes needing resolution. Notably, a series of river rescues were conducted by MPD in the Captain John Mullan area. Drug-related incidents occurred in Rose Park and Captain John Mullan as well.

As the evening progressed, reports of suspicious activities increased, particularly in Westside and the Heart of Missoula. Several accidents with injuries were noted, including multiple incidents in Westside. A notable number of medical emergencies requiring CPR were attended to by MPD in Westside. The evening concluded with reports of wildland fires, handled predominantly in unassigned neighborhoods.
