Morning Incidents
Missoula County Sheriff’s Office and Missoula Police Department responded to a series of early morning calls, starting with three simultaneous requests for assistance, one noted in the Westside neighborhood. Shortly after, disturbances were reported in the Heart of Missoula, and both burglary alarms and suspicious activities peaked particularly in the Grant Creek area. MPD handled several medical calls in Riverfront. Trespassing and other property-related incidents were more frequent in Westside.
Afternoon Trends
The afternoon continued with high activity, including reports of thefts and assaults, particularly in Captain John Mullan and Westside areas. Traffic violations were extensively noted across various neighborhoods. The Heart of Missoula observed multiple operations assisting outside agencies, and a notifiable increase in medical calls scattered across other regions.
Evening and Late Evening Activity
Evening hours showed no decrease in public safety calls. Assaults were notably frequent and concentrated around no particular neighborhood. Disturbances continued with incidences recorded in Central Missoula and loud noise complaints in Westside. The day concluded with a series of suspicious activities and shots fired in the Westside towards the late evening.
