Jurisdiction has delayed reporting.

Early Morning Patrol and Incidents

Gallatin County saw a burst of activity in the early hours, beginning shortly after midnight. The Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office conducted several patrol checks across various neighborhoods including River Rock, Peakview, and Northstar. Notably, these routine checks were coupled with incidents categorized as ‘Suspicious’ and ‘Animal’ occurrences, mainly concentrated around River Rock, where residents reported unusual activities and animal disturbances.

Additionally, a motor vehicle accident was responded to by multiple agencies including AMR, CSAFD, GC911, and GCSO in the Galactic Park area, marking a significant early morning emergency.

Subsequent Morning Activities

As dawn broke, further reports came in, maintaining the momentum of law enforcement activity. Various civil disputes were noted in Northstar, with the GCSO addressing multiple cases alongside routine patrol checks. Traffic stops were a frequent occurrence across neighborhoods like Gallatin Heights and Peakview, indicating heightened traffic enforcement during the morning hours.

Amongst the more severe incidents reported were multiple medical emergencies in Bear Creek, necessitating combined efforts by AMR, BPD, GC911, and GCSO, and a couple of motor vehicle accidents in Las Campanas and Ferguson Farm close to noon.

Afternoon into Evening

By afternoon, the tempo slightly reduced but was punctuated by notable incidents like a weapons violation in Bear Creek, where law enforcement quickly responded. The pattern of frequent patrol checks continued well into the evening across Gallatin County with occasional public assists and traffic stops marking the continued vigilance of the local agencies.

The evening also saw emerging situations such as missing person reports in 4-Dot Meadows and Belgrade Gardens, demanding swift action from the GCSO.

Late Evening Roundup

The day concluded with fewer reports but included a final stretch of patrol checks and a 911 hang-up from Bear Creek, echoing the earlier patterns of vigilant community monitoring by GCSO.
