Early Morning Incidences

Missoula Police Department (MPD) responded to several cases of suspicious activity in Captain John Mullan and Westside neighborhoods, with reports coming in at 01:04 and 02:47. Additionally, MPD handled a person needing assistance on South 39th Street at 02:51 and an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Franklin to the Fort around 03:45. Missoula County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) provided assistance for law enforcement at unspecified locations starting at 03:30.

Morning Activity Summary

Between 05:16 and 10:39, MPD and MCSO were active in responding to incidents including burglary in Grant Creek, multiple assaults in Westside, and several reports of people needing assistance across various neighborhoods. Notable was a concentration of vehicle-related accidents with no injuries reported in Captain John Mullan and Heart of Missoula, alongside several burglary alarms in the latter.

Afternoon Responses

A surge in medical-related calls was noted, particularly the Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) calls in the Heart of Missoula. The afternoon also saw a string of vehicle accidents with and without injuries across the city, most notably multiple incidents at 16:39 affecting several neighborhoods. In addition, there were various public disorder, hazards, and disturbance calls handled primarily by MPD across Missoula.

Evening and Late Evening Developments

Harassment incidents were recorded in Miller Creek at 20:00 and Grant Creek at 22:21. Significant were multiple reports of vehicle accidents with injuries during the late evening, notably at 18:18 with a spread across several areas including Franklin to the Fort and Captain John Mullan. Suspicious activities continued being a concern with incidents reported in Captain John Mullan and Franklin to the Fort.
