Missoula County

Early Morning Incidents

The day began with multiple suspicious activity reports, starting in the Road, moving into the Heart of Missoula where MPD addressed two instances by 1:32 AM. MCSO responded to other unlocated incidents around the same time. Other early morning incidents included a bicycle violation in Riverfront and a disturbance in the Heart of Missoula.

Morning Surge of Activity

Significant morning activities were reported, particularly with traffic-related incidents; MPD responded to several accidents in Northside around 6:13 AM and also addressed disturbances and welfare checks in Rose Park soon after. A notable occurrence was the repeated medical emergencies requiring CPR across various locations managed by MPD. MPD also responded to multiple incidents of drugs possession and disturbances in different neighborhoods such as Riverfront and Southgate Triangle.

Afternoon to Early Evening

Throughout the afternoon, Missoula saw a variety of incidents. This includes multiple burglary alarms, welfare checks across several neighborhoods, and continuous reports of suspicious activities, especially in unlocated areas. MPD handled multiple non-injury accidents, and significant disturbances were also noted in Southgate Triangle.

Late Evening Trends

The evening continued to reveal patterns of welfare checks, particularly in Westside and Heart of Missoula. MCSO addressed a Driving Under the Influence case in Westside among other traffic violations. Another trend of hazard reports in neighborhoods like Franklin to the Fort was notable.

Today’s reports reflect a broad spectrum of public safety concerns, ranging extensively from welfare and safety to traffic-related incidents, contributing to a busy day for both MPD and MCSO in managing community safety.
