Early Morning Incidents

The early hours in Missoula were marked by various incidents ranging from disturbances to burglary alarms. The Missoula Police Department (MPD) and Missoula County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) responded to several calls in neighborhoods including Westside, River Road, and Heart of Missoula. Notably, disturbances were reported in Westside and River Road, alongside multiple burglary alarms in the Heart of Missoula.

Morning Activity

As the morning progressed, multiple medical transfers were executed particularly in Captain John Mullan and Rose Park. MPD handled cases of hazards and disturbances in Westside while MCSO served court papers across several neighborhoods including Grant Creek and South 39th Street. Several alarms and non-criminal incidents were also noted.

Afternoon Developments

The afternoon saw a continuation of disturbances and medical-related calls. Disturbances in Southgate Triangle and assistance needed in Westside were prominent. MPD and MCSO were active in providing aid, dealing with hazards and executing traffic controls. The Captain John Mullan neighborhood experienced several structure fires which were promptly addressed by the MPD.

Evening to Late Evening

The evening hours did not see a reduction in activity, with reports of burglary alarms in Riverfront and River Road, as well as a spike in disturbances and suspicious activities, especially in Heart of Missoula. The MCSO handled a late evening DUI incident in Grant Creek. As with the rest of the day, the agencies continued to respond swiftly to the varied demands across Missoula.
