The manufacturer of electronic vote scanning and tabulation machines used in 46 Montana counties. The ES&S DS200 is used in 20 counties and was not certified by the Federal Election Assistance Commission. In August of 2020, Politico reported that ES&S was admonished by EAC for misleading marketing that "deceptively implied" that the DS200 with built-in modem was EAC-certified.
