Early Morning Traffic and Patrol Activities Dominate
Early Morning Incidents
The early hours in Gallatin County saw a mixture of routine and urgent reporting, starting with a TRAFFIC CRIME in Landmark and a CORONER CALLOUT in Spanish Meadows shortly after midnight. The Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) responded to multiple SECURITY and PATROL CHECKS across various neighborhoods including Apollo, Middle Creek Parklands, and Mystic Heights.
Notable incidents included a SEXUAL CRIME reported in Spanish Meadows and multiple vehicular inspections and follow-ups. The morning concluded with another CORONER CALLOUT and MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT in Spanish Meadows and Rainbow, respectively.
Morning Activities
As the day progressed, the GCSO handled a variety of calls from animal issues in Valley Grove to a multi-agency incident in Harvest Creek. Traffic stops and public education efforts were particularly active in several areas including Bear Creek and Las Campanas, reflecting a community-focused approach to safety and law enforcement.

The afternoon was marked by frequent PATROL CHECKS across 4-Dot Meadows, underscoring the GCSO’s vigilance. A significant incident was an ASSAULT in the same neighborhood. The evening included a notable domestic incident in Peakview, which saw a multi-agency response.
Other evening activities consisted of routine traffic stops and community assistance, including an animal related call in Bear Creek that stretched into the late evening.
