Notable Spike in DUIs and Disturbances Overnight
Early Morning Activity
Missoula Police Department (MPD) and Missoula County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) had a busy early morning with several DUI (Driving Under the Influence) incidents reported across various neighborhoods. Notably, DUIs were reported in Rose Park, Riverfront, and Moose Can Gully. MCSO responded to a burglary in Franklin to the Fort and a theft incident location not specified.
MPD also engaged in multiple welfare and medical calls primarily centered in the Heart of Missoula and Westside neighborhoods, including three medical call BLS (Basic Life Support) incidents occurring simultaneously in the Heart of Missoula.

MCSO was active with welfare checks, particularly in areas where neighborhoods were not specified, indicating widespread checks across the county.
Late Evening and Night Responds
Late evening hours saw MPD responding to a surge in disturbances, suspicious activities, and welfare checks in neighborhoods like Westside and Captain John Mullan. The last recorded welfare checks were in neighborhoods of uncertain locations, showcasing the community-wide spread of evening activities.
